Pillow Peels ships exclusively via USPS. Within the United States, we offer USPS First Class, Priority, and Express shipping services. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing & Shipping Policy

All standard orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of payment received. During peak shipping times (such as holidays), and in the event of natural disasters, delivery times may take longer. To ensure we can accommodate your needs, please notify us if you have an order which demands priority processing prior to placing your order.

Once your package has been prepared for shipment, a delivery confirmation, tracking or customs number (depending on the shipping method selected during checkout) will be sent to the e-mail address provided with payment and notated within your account on pillowpeels.com. You may log-in to your account at any time to view the current status of your order.

Our Exchange Policy

• If you are unsure whether a certain fabric or color scheme will suit your space please request a fabric swatch.
• No returns will be accepted.
• We do not offer price adjustments.
• Exchanges may be made within 14 days of original delivery providing the items are in new condition. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us to confirm product exchange details prior to returning any product. All unauthorized returns will be refused.
